A few times a year we introduce you to the people who care for your trees and your property. We are starting with Betsy. If you have had work done at your place in the last two years, there is a good chance you have met her. Betsy is our Production Manager, a title that undersells what she actually does. One hour she is building the schedule or ordering gear. The next she is up in a tree, running the chipper, or on the skid steer. Not much on a job site is outside her range.

Western North Carolina spent about a year running short on rain. From last August through June, rainfall stayed below normal. The wet stretch since then has closed some of that gap, but streamflow and groundwater in parts of the region are still catching up, and trees are slower than either.
