A few times a year we introduce you to the people who care for your trees and your property. We are starting with Betsy. Western North Carolina spent about a year running short on rain. From last August through June, rainfall stayed below normal. The wet stretch since then has closed some of that gap, but streamflow and groundwater in parts of the region are still catching up, and trees are slower than either.
